Island Page Inc., Hawaii's locally-owned and operated pager communication specialist, opened its doors at Waikele Shopping Center on Oahu in March 1995. The company was founded on three simple principles:

In 1997, it celebrated the opening of its stores at the Kokea Center in Kapalama. Island Page's™ on-going efforts to improve its service and bring the latest technology to its customers has not gone unnoticed. In 1998, Charles Fortner was named National Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for business excellence.
